• 3.1. You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to become a member.
• 3.2. You are obliged to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the membership process.
• 3.3. The security of your account and the confidentiality of your account information are your responsibility. You are responsible for all transactions carried out through your account.
• 3.4. If you notice that your account information is being used by someone else, you must immediately notify KripNet.

4. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT TERMS

• 4.1. Subscription Packages: KripNet offers different subscription packages including Starter (Free Trial), Professional (Monthly) and Partner (Annual). Package features are clearly stated on the Site.
• 4.2. Payment: Subscription fees are collected upfront at the time of purchase, depending on the package and payment method you choose (USDT (BEP20), credit card, etc.). Prices include VAT and other applicable taxes where applicable.
• 4.3. Automatic Renewal: Monthly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the subscription period under the same conditions unless cancelled. You can cancel automatic renewal from your account before your subscription expires. Annual subscriptions do not renew automatically.
• 4.4. Price Changes: KripNet reserves the right to change subscription fees due to economic conditions. Any price increase for existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 (thirty) days before the start of the next subscription period via email or through the Site.
• 4.5. Refund and Right of Withdrawal: Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase, without giving any reason and without paying a penalty. It is sufficient to apply in writing to support@kripnet.com to exercise the right of withdrawal. Since the Service is a digital content ready for immediate use and the contract has been performed before the right of withdrawal is exercised, the amount corresponding to the portion of the Service you have used (e.g., usage beyond the 7-day trial period) shall not be refunded pursuant to Article 15/g of Law No. 6994. This period also applies to the free trial package.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

• 5.1. The Site, Service, Indicator and all Content (logo, design, text, graphics, software code, etc.) are the property of KripNet and/or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
• 5.2. You are granted the right to use the Indicator solely for personal, non-commercial purposes and limited to your subscription period. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, resell, reverse engineer, modify or create derivative works of the Indicator.
• 5.3. Upon expiration of your subscription, your access to the Indicator will be immediately terminated. Continuing to use the Indicator after access is terminated constitutes a serious breach of contract and an infringement of intellectual property rights.

7. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT AND ITS CONSEQUENCES

• 7.1. Duration: This Agreement is valid for the duration of the package you selected (1 month or 1 year) from the start date of your subscription.
• 7.2. KripNet's Right to Terminate: KripNet has the right to suspend or immediately terminate your subscription without any notice if you violate the Agreement or the Bonus Program rules (especially if you violate the prohibitions in Article 6).
• 7.3. After Termination: In the event that the Agreement ends for any reason:

  • Your access to the Indicator will immediately end.
  • Pre-paid and unused fees will not be refunded (except during the legal withdrawal period).
  • If you are a Partner Member, all your rights in the Bonus Program and accumulated earnings (even if unpaid) will be forfeited.
  • Article 5 (Intellectual Property) and Article 9 (Confidentiality) provisions will continue to remain valid after termination.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• 8.1. The Service and Indicator are provided "as is" and "as available". KripNet does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that all errors will be corrected.
• 8.2. KripNet is absolutely not directly or indirectly responsible for any material or moral losses that may arise as a result of investment decisions made based on signals received from the Indicator. Investment decisions are entirely the responsibility of the User.
• 8.3. KripNet's total liability under this Agreement cannot exceed your last 6 months' subscription fee.

11. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

• 11.1. The laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply in the implementation, interpretation and resolution of disputes arising from this Agreement.
• 11.2. Istanbul Anatolian Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve all disputes arising from this Agreement.

ADDENDUM 1: BONUS PROGRAM RULES

• Participation: Only users with a valid Partner (Annual) Package subscription ("Partner Member") may participate in the Bonus Program.
• Program Structure: The program operates through a 5-level network structure. Your earnings are calculated at rates determined by KripNet, from the users you directly invite (level 1) and the users they invite (levels 2, 3, 4 and 5).
• Earnings and Payment: Your earnings are reflected in your balance instantly when credited to your account and become available for use. You can create a withdrawal request for any amount from your balance at any time. Approved withdrawal requests are transferred to the USDT (BEP20) wallet address you specified without delay. Before payments, all taxes legally required to be deducted under applicable legislation (income tax withholding, etc.) are deducted from the relevant amount.
• Program Changes: KripNet reserves the right to change the rules, earning rates and payment terms of the Bonus Program, provided prior announcement is made on the Site.
• Violation and Account Cancellation: If you violate the program rules (prohibitions in Article 6), KripNet may terminate your Partner Membership and Bonus Program membership without any notice and cancel all your accumulated earnings (even if unpaid). It also reserves the right to take legal action to compensate for damages arising from fraudulent behavior.
